Except as otherwise described here in our Terms & Conditions, if you are not satisfied for any reason, items may be returned within 7 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange. We will cover the cost of return shipping, and credit the original form of payment within 7 business days of receipt. Certain exceptions apply.

Items can be returned from order history while logged in, or by using your order number and email address. A button to return item(s) will be available as long as they are within 7 days of shipment.
Items submitted for a return online are eligible for a full credit refund. For replacements, please contact Customer Service.
Exceptions
- Returned items must be in the original packaging, contain all components, and be in new condition.
- Returns may require additional information or a photo of the item(s) to process the return.
- Returns received at Expert tools without a packing slip may be assessed a 15% processing fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
- Returns received without a Expert tools return label may take more than 7 days to credit.
Expert tools World reserves the right to refuse or limit any returns that, in Expert tools sole judgment, appear to be fraudulent, abusive, in violation of these terms, or otherwise inappropriate.
Damaged Items
We work hard to ensure that all items are received in good condition, and if the item is damaged, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We will do all we can to remedy the situation—either by sending a replacement item or refunding your order—and we’ll help you return the damaged item at our expense. Start the return online for a full credit refund, or contact Customer Service for replacements.
