- Returns received at Expert tools without a packing slip may be assessed a 15% processing fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
- Returns received without a Expert tools return label may take more than 7 days to credit.
Expert tools World reserves the right to refuse or limit any returns that, in Expert tools sole judgment, appear to be fraudulent, abusive, in violation of these terms, or otherwise inappropriate.

We will do all we can to remedy the situation—either by sending a replacement item or refunding your order—and we’ll help you return the damaged item at our expense.
