Except as otherwise described here in our Terms & Conditions, if you are not satisfied for any reason, items may be returned within 7 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange. - Returns received at Expert tools without a packing slip may be assessed a 15% processing fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
